As a trained and certified Journeyman Carpenter, Sean has a full understanding of each aspect of building and construction from analyzing blueprints to understanding the architecture and mechanics of a structure. He and his team evaluate the feasibility of a project – they review all options before providing any estimates.
Once hired, we consult with clients to conceptualize and then construct. Throughout this process we maintain an impeccable job site and communicate with our client to stay on schedule. At the end of each project, we offer maintenance services to preserve your investment. From early design to final execution, Caldwell Construction’s process of design, project management, and ongoing care ensures that your home endures.

Consultations
As a formally trained carpenter with a home inspection credential, Sean knows what to look for when a client is either considering buying a home or simply wanting to remodel. He can easily interpret inspection reports and blueprints to help determine how to execute a project. Our team charges an hourly consultation fee for these services or gratis if we are hired to manage the project.
Concept
We work with the client - and their designers, architects, and realtors - to provide creative solutions and quality design ideas in the early stages of a project and manage all permitting necessary to meet local code requirements.

With the EPA ranking indoor air pollution among the top 5 environmental risk to public healthy, the concern for cleaner indoor air is at an all time high. Without even knowing it, your air duct system could be contaminated with things that are harmful to you and your family’s health! The most common particulates that lurk in air ducts are dirt and dust, dust mites, pet hair and dander and rodent feces!
DRYER VENT CLEANING
Just like your air ducts, your dryer exhaust vent could be lined with particulates that are harmful to your family. Debris and lint often get missed by your lint catcher and end up stuck inside your dryer line, when your dryer vent is clogged with lint and debris it restricts the air flow making the drying time increase and the energy efficiency and safety of your home decrease.
